Industrial UV and Automation Projects
No single project represents everything Electro Tecnology does. Every customer, from a small workshop to a large industrial company, has contributed to our experience.
The right project solves the real problem.
This portfolio brings together applications, retrofit projects, special systems and integrations that illustrate our approach. It is not a catalogue of standard machines.

A solution built around the process.
UV and IR applications
Systems developed around different materials and production cycles.
New life for existing equipment
Upgrades to energy systems, electronics and automation.
OEM and special production lines
Subsystems developed together with machine manufacturers.
Understand first. Design second.
Problem
What needs to improve.
Constraints
What we cannot overlook.
Solution
What we actually build.
Result
How the process changes.
Five real projects, five different requirements.
Custom-built systems and work on existing machines: each project starts with process constraints and the customer's requirements.

Müller Martini: 7 UV lamps
Replacement of seven lamp housings and a new electrical cabinet with seven power supplies. On the existing machine, we achieved operating speeds of up to 250 m/min in the specific application we worked on, which involved a print that was difficult to cure.
Project details
The speed stated refers to this particular project. Materials, inks and process conditions must be assessed for each application. The end customer's identity remains confidential.

A custom-built system for bottles
A special conventional UV machine integrated into a screen-printing line: bottles travel on a conveyor, while the lamp position adjusts automatically in height and depth.
Project details
The project combines mechanics, the UV source, product handling and automation to adapt the treatment to the customer's line and product.

Static chamber: 360° treatment
An internal support rotates through 360° to expose different areas of the sole to the UV sources. The electronics and PLC control the lamps and movement directly.
Project details
Raised sections, curves and the sides of the sole require exposure designed around the part's geometry. The control system coordinates UV emission and rotation within the same cycle.
The result is assessed in relation to the material and treatment used.

Rotary UV4 Compact
Developed for footwear manufacturing, the Rotary UV4 Compact combines UV treatment and product transport in a compact machine.
Project details
Another example of the journey from the workshop to delivery, alongside special applications and work on existing systems.
Footwear applications →
New technology, original structure.
For a screen-printing customer in Veneto, we upgraded a system while retaining its existing mechanical structure. The work included replacing the power section, control system and extraction, as well as overhauling the lamp housings.
Project details

From projects to the technologies behind them.
UV retrofit
Assessment of existing equipment, decisions on what to retain or replace, electrical cabinets, power supplies, PLC/HMI and testing.
UV and UV LED systems
Source sizing, dose, irradiance, uniformity, thermal management, optics and line integration.
Automation
Machine sequences, I/O, diagnostics, interlocks, HMI and communications with peripheral devices and existing systems.
