Rotary UV system with integrated conveying and dedicated cooling
An Electro Tecnology project developed for the laboratory of a paint manufacturer, bringing UV treatment, product conveying and operator controls together in a compact machine designed to operate in a cleanroom. The gallery pairs an overall view with close-ups of the conveyor and operator panel, showing how the different elements fit within the installation.

From the complete machine to the details
The conveyor passes through the treatment tunnel and defines the product path. The photographs show the inlet, roller, side guards and machine structure: elements that need to be considered together when integrating a UV system.
The operator panel brings the display and controls together at the front of the machine. These close-ups show the project beyond the UV source itself, including conveying, access and the arrangement of the controls.
Cooling management
The machine uses two 380 mm UV lamps with a linear power rating of 140 W/cm. Two electrical cabinets, each measuring 1400 × 800 × 500 mm, are positioned back to back: one houses the control components and the other the two lamp power supplies.
A Vortec compressed-air cooling system cools both electrical cabinets. The lamp housings are cooled by forced-air extraction, using a separate system.
